How does the free initial consultation work?
We talk by phone or on Zoom for around 20 to 30 minutes. You tell me where you are right now, what you would like to achieve and what has been holding you back so far. I show you what working together could look like and whether my offer is a good fit for you.
How much does working with FIT with CHRIS cost?
The price depends on whether you want personal training, nutrition coaching, mental strength in everyday life or a combination, and on how intensive the collaboration should be. In the initial consultation, you will receive a clear offer with no hidden costs.
Do I need to already be fit to get started?
No. Many people start after a longer break or have never been to a gym before. We begin at your current level and build things up step by step so that you feel challenged but not overwhelmed.
What if I have back pain or other physical issues?
That is exactly when you are in good hands with me. I often work with people who have back, knee or shoulder issues. We adapt the training to your situation and make sure it stays practical for your daily life.
How long does it take until I see the first results?
Many people notice more energy, better sleep and less discomfort after just a few weeks. Visible changes depend on how consistently you stick with it. Realistically, noticeable progress is possible within 8 to 12 weeks.
Can I combine training, nutrition and mental strength?
Yes. That is often a major lever. Strong results often come when training, nutrition and mental strength work together in a meaningful way. In the initial consultation, we talk about what makes sense for your daily life.
